- Then on your computer open the folder in which you have all of your backup files.
- Afterward, open the File Explorer on your computer. To do that click on the File Explorer icon on the taskbar or press Windows key + E on the keyboard.
- Now click on This PC located on the sidebar.
- Afterward, select the GARMIN Fenix 6 Pro under the Devices and drives.
- Then open the Garmin folder.
- Next, open the NEWFILESfolder.
- Now copy all files from the backup folder to the NEWFILES folder.
- Unplug your watch from the computer and wait until it's done applying the changes.
