Or follow the guide below to use on PC:
If you want to install and use the Cursor Pro app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use this app for your computer in 4 simple steps below:
Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac
Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App >>. Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >>.
Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac
Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.
Step 3: for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10
Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Cursor Pro in the search bar and press Search. Click on Cursor Proapplication icon. A window of Cursor Pro on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called 'All Apps'.
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the icon. Click on it and start using the application.

Better, for me, than 6 other tools
I capture screen shots a lot, and by using the native Mac Shift-Cmd-4 shortcut for doing so. Many cursor highlighters are NOT COMPATIBLE with this! They interfere with the current window being highlighted for screen capture. (Noticed in High Sierra and now, too, in Mojave.)Cursor Pro is COMPATIBLE. It doesn't mess up my ability to capture the current window.Other Cursor locators that leave 'trails' interfere with my ability to read 'hover text' (for example on web page links) -- the trail blocks viewing the hover text! Cursor Pro does not do this, and anyway disappears completely after cursor is still.I love, for training and video capture, the animation upon a mouse-click. (Doesn't work on a touch-pad with merely a touch, but does with pressing to click.)I use multiple monitors -- and unfortunately this renders the magnification feature completely and utterly useless. But that is not a feature I was looking for, nor do I miss it. If I need to I can get that from other programs, or just press the native Opt-Cmd-8 shortcut to magnify the entire screen.THANK YOU for the features you got right! (The important ones!!)The only thing that annoys me
It is the best. I use it now all the time to show clients how to do certain things. Well built. My only issue and It seems to be an apple issue. For weeks I could not click the accept button that shows up when you try to download something. I contacted Apple today, and they advised me when I download something to turn off the cursor for this app, once it is off, I can use my regular mouse to accept. It is because Apple looks at the cursor as a third party and not apart of the original system. It won't allow you to download anything while the cursor is on. That is the only annoying thing, having to turn it on and off. Other than that, I love it.Just get this!!
Tried to find a free cursor highlighter online. All of them are no longer working. Found this. It works and looks great. For those complaing about the magnifier, just go to system prefernces, select securiy&privacy button, scroll down to screen recording and make sure to check the box for cursor pro. Exity that and then activate the Cursor Pro app (Command Space Bar) Type in Cursor Pro. Once it is activated, click the cursor icon at the top of the screen and select preferences. From there choose magnifier and select which button you would like to have activate the magnifier while using the App. DONE!Decent pointer, lousy magnifier
Pros: Decent cursor/mouse highlighterCons: Magnifier is inferiorBottom line:The preview of the magnifier is deceptive. If you need both highlighter and magnifier do yourself a favor and get Zoom It and Highlighter. You'll also save a couple bucks.I bought Cursor Pro hoping to replace two separate presentation tools for one. I would have no problem with the price if it did as advertised. Previously I was using Simple Mouse Locater ($1) for a cursor highlighter along with Zoom It ($3) for magnifying things during webinar presentations. Simple Mouse hasn't be updated so $5 to replace the two seemed like a fair deal. The only problem is I still have to use Zoom It because the magnifier doesn't really magnify, it just enlarges existing pixels as opposed to Zoom It which actually magnifies. So essentially I wasted $5. If you need BOTH a cursor/mouse highlighter and a magnifer I would suggest the free Highlighter app and pay for Zoom It which is great. I will be happy to use Cursor Pro if they fix the inferior magnifier (which I also believe is deceptively 'demonstrated' on their preview) If not for the deception I likely would not have bought it.
